I myself have had a very troubled life and career choice so far. I've changed my base of life and my job, from a large company to multiple startups, stayed in the US and UK, worked in countries across the Asia Pacific.
However, the common thread that runs through all of my decisions is my desire to grow and see the world in a new way, which is one of the values I hold dear today. I take the advice and opinions of those around me, but I believe that the important thing is that you have made a decision that you are happy with. I look forward to being your thinking partner in helping you to find your compass and to sail with you through this coaching business.Kotaro Takahashi -Sustainable Growth Coach (ICF-Certified) LinkedIn

Q1. I understand that you offer career design services, but do you also offer advice and support for changing jobs?
We don't offer career advice and support, that are generally provided by recruitment advisors/agencies. In this service, we work together with our clients to identify, organize and design their life and career plans in a dialogue. (In this process, I use my expertise in coaching and design thinking, which I have acquired and implemented over the years). In some cases, our clients use recruitment agencies to help them with the actual design of their career and to take concrete action.Q2. What is coaching?
Coaching can be defined in many ways, but it is an approach that "helps the client to act on their own initiative". It is often contrasted with 'consulting' and 'teaching', which are approaches that use expertise to provide information and solutions to the client. In this session, we use a coaching approach to help clients find life and career direction that they are truly comfortable with, and believe that the answers lie within themselves. However, if there are frameworks, decision-making tools or examples that you find useful, your coach will be happy to provide them to you.Q3. This is the first time I am interested in this kind of service, so I don't have a concrete image of the service yet.
For example, you may be thinking about your future direction, such as "what kind of life do I want to lead", "should I choose an ideal life or a real-life", "what is my vocation", "what do I need to achieve my ideal? Probably not many people can find the answer quickly. But what is the real answer? What are the chances of achieving it? Is there any chance that I might change my mind? The list of concerns is endless, and there may be no right answer at all.In a Life and Career Design session, the focus is on finding out the client's "true feelings" through dialogue with the coach. In other words, not just the right answer, but an answer that you are truly comfortable with. You will then work with your coach on a regular basis to take specific actions, reflect on your progress and make changes to help you move forward towards where you want to be.We encourage you to try a trial session to get a feel for what coaching is really like.Q4. Do the sessions take place at a set time each week?
Before we start a trial session or an initial session, we ask you to tell us what is convenient for you and we will discuss the best pace and dates for you.Q5. How and when can I pay for the sessions?
Payment for the month of the session must be made by bank transfer by the end of the month.
Q6. Is it possible for me to continue with the Life Design Course after I have completed all six sessions?
